Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress at CJ’s Restaurant, located in Nairobi. The Waitress will take customer orders, serve food and beverages, ensure tables are clean and organized, and deliver excellent customer service. Additional duties may include assisting with setting up tables, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed to maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and general Food Service practices
• Basic Cooking skills or understanding of kitchen operations is a desired bonus
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage
