The Tutorial Fellow in Human Resource Management (HRM) will support teaching, mentorship, and research in HRM and related business disciplines. This position provides an opportunity for professional growth while pursuing doctoral studies and gaining university-level teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in teaching undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management (e.g., recruitment & selection, performance management, industrial relations, HR analytics)

Support supervision of undergraduate projects and field attachments

Provide tutorials, academic support, and mentorship to HRM students

Contribute to curriculum development and review in the School of Business and Human Resource Studies

Participate in departmental seminars, workshops, and research activities

Undertake administrative and academic tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (HRM option) from a recognized university

Must be registered for a PhD in Human Resource Management or closely related area

At least 1 year of teaching or research assistance at university/college level is an added advantage

Demonstrated interest in research and potential for academic growth (publications will be an advantage)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills
