Role Overview

Google is seeking a Technical Success Account Manager (TSAM) to support strategic Telco and Retail customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers successfully adopt, scale, and optimize Google’s cloud and platform solutions.

You will bridge the gap between customer business objectives and Google’s technical capabilities, driving long-term value and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise Telco and Retail customers

Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term success of Google solutions

Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues

Lead technical planning sessions, architecture reviews, and success planning

Identify growth opportunities and expansion use cases within accounts

Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product improvements

Track customer health metrics and ensure SLA adherence

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions architecture

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and networking concepts

Experience working with Telco or Retail enterprise customers

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
