Overview

This role focuses on kernel-level networking systems that power CoreWeave’s high-performance compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize kernel networking subsystems

Troubleshoot low-latency and high-throughput networking issues

Work with NICs, drivers, and kernel networking stacks

Collaborate across infrastructure and platform teams

Improve system performance and reliability at scale

Qualifications

5+ years of kernel or systems engineering experience

Deep knowledge of Linux networking internals

Experience with performance tuning and debugging

Strong scripting and automation skills

Compensation

Base Salary Range: USD 153,000 – 242,000
