Key Responsibilities

Lead analytics for product initiatives and experimentation

Define metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders

Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling

Mentor other data scientists and analysts

Influence roadmap decisions through data-driven insights

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data science or analytics

Strong statistical and experimentation expertise

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools

Experience working on consumer or marketplace products

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary Range: USD 212,000 – 265,000
