Overview
Talkdesk is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support Banking and Financial Services clients across the Eastern region. This role partners closely with sales teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver enterprise-grade contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales to support enterprise and mid-market deals
Design tailored Talkdesk solutions for banking and FSI customers
Lead technical discovery, product demos, and solution presentations
Translate business requirements into technical architectures
Support proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer feedback
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or pre-sales
Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently
Compensation
Salary Range: USD 165,000 ā 205,000
