Key Responsibilities

Implement and support smart technology solutions for clients and internal teams

Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution

Ensure solutions align with accessibility and usability standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions delivery, or IT operations

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Experience working with business or operational technology solutions

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 80,000 – 85,000
