Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend systems for connectivity and integrations

Improve system reliability, performance, and observability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product and Infrastructure

Lead technical design and implementation of core services

Review code and mentor junior engineers

Drive best practices in system architecture and engineering quality

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong backend engineering skills

Experience with distributed systems and APIs

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and production systems

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 216,200 – 270,250
