Job Summary
Logixfleet is looking for a Senior SaaS Sales Executive to lead enterprise-level business development and drive revenue growth. The role demands a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in closing high-value B2B SaaS deals, particularly within logistics, transportation, and related industries.

As part of the commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building relationships with C-level decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to deal closure. You will also play a critical role in expanding existing accounts, mentoring junior sales staff, and representing Logixfleet in key industry forums. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential and uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and operational leaders.

Lead negotiations and structure multi-year SaaS contracts.

Partner with implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Represent Logixfleet at trade fairs, industry events, and executive forums.

Provide feedback to shape go-to-market strategies and influence product innovation.

Accurately manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.

Mentor junior sales team members and foster a performance-driven culture.

Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS/technology sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise or senior sales.

Demonstrated success in closing large, high-value contracts.

Strong network in logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, construction, or corporate mobility.

Expertise in consultative selling and ROI-driven presentations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.

Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments.

Benefits

Base Salary: KES 100,000 – 150,000 net (depending on experience).

Uncapped commission structure.

Transport allowance.

3-month probation with potential for permanent role.
