Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and business performance initiatives

Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations

Partner with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Finance

Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities

Support operational planning and execution cadence

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or management consulting

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Experience working with senior leadership teams

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 147,000 – 279,000
