Overview

Paramount is seeking a Senior Manager, GL Reporting to lead general ledger reporting, compliance, and financial close processes. This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and consistency across financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Oversee general ledger reporting and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Manage and mentor accounting team members

Partner with internal and external auditors

Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies

Qualifications

8+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls

Experience managing teams in a corporate accounting environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

CPA or equivalent preferred

Compensation

Base Salary Range: USD 130,000 – 150,000
