Role Overview
The Sales Executive will oversee the marketing, sales, and distribution of FMCG products across the Western Region. This role emphasizes direct customer engagement, territory growth, and ensuring company products dominate shelf space in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by securing orders, onboarding new outlets, and managing existing accounts.

Implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the assigned region.

Support brand-building initiatives by coordinating activations, displays, and trade marketing campaigns.

Monitor pricing trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to provide timely insights.

Submit accurate sales reports and performance analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on sales experience in the FMCG sector.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Ability to multitask, organize priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced market.
