Job Summary
The Registrar, Administration and Planning will oversee human resources, infrastructure development, and general administration within the university. The role demands strong leadership to ensure effective resource utilization, policy enforcement, and strategic planning.
The Registrar will collaborate with top management to develop sustainable administrative frameworks and improve service delivery for both staff and students.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Administration, HR, Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in university administration, 5 at senior management level
Demonstrated expertise in policy formulation, planning, and human capital management
Familiarity with government regulations on public institutions and higher education
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
