Job Summary

The Procurement Officer will manage purchasing, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of medical and non-medical supplies required for hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source, procure, and manage hospital supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Support audits and maintain procurement documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Previous hospital procurement experience is required.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
