Job Summary

As a Presales Executive, you will lead Ideon’s cloud solutions sales practice, with a focus on Microsoft, Acronis, and other cloud technologies. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions for clients, and providing technical guidance to help organizations transition to and maximize the use of cloud technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead cloud solutions sales including Microsoft and Acronis offerings.

Research and build a target list of potential prospects.

Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities.

Conduct client needs assessments and collect technical requirements.

Develop and deliver tailored proposals, demos, and presentations.

Provide expert advice on cloud architecture, deployment, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Maintain relationships with existing Microsoft clients and identify upsell opportunities.

Generate sales opportunities through cold calls and pitches.

Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.

Submit regular reports and achieve KPIs including client acquisition, proposals, and conversions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Microsoft and Cloud Solutions sales.

Proven track record of success in ICT business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of business workflows and how software integrates into operations.

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Creativity and problem-solving skills.

Experience in internet or digital marketing is an added advantage.
