We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
The goal is to generate qualified leads for our real estate developments while ensuring efficient budget use and measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Advertising Management
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Define clear campaign objectives (Awareness, Traffic, Leads, Conversions).
Build audiences, implement targeting strategies, and create A/B testing structures.
Monitor daily performance and implement optimizations to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.
Strategy & Execution
Plan monthly advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively.
Collaborate with the content team to brief on ad creatives and messaging.
Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure pixel tracking, events setup, and proper conversion tracking.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Frequency, and Conversion Rates.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry benchmarks and competitor advertising strategies.
Stay updated on changes in ad platforms, algorithms, and new tools.
REQUIREMENTS
2–3+ years of experience in Meta Ads or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital metrics.
Ability to build and optimize conversion funnels.
Experience with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM links).
Ability to work with large budgets and generate qualified leads.
