Job Summary
Ngong Veg Limited is seeking a dedicated Packer to join its Nairobi team. The role involves handling fresh produce with precision, ensuring all products meet strict food safety and quality standards before reaching the customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, labeling, packaging, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

In addition, the Packer will support inventory control, monitor packaging materials, and promptly report discrepancies or product defects. This role is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced agricultural setting.

Requirements

KCSE certificate (high school diploma or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Ability to follow safety and hygiene instructions

Team player with good communication skills

Basic knowledge of packing procedures and inventory management

Prior experience in packing or the food industry is an added advantage

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
