Kenyatta National Hospital is seeking 15 Medical Officers to join its multidisciplinary team on a locum basis. These officers will provide essential clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, ensuring that patients receive accurate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.

Prescribe, administer, and monitor appropriate treatment plans.

Support surgical, medical, and emergency units with direct patient care.

Supervise and mentor interns, clinical officers, and nurses.

Ensure proper documentation and case reporting in line with hospital standards.

Qualifications & Experience

MBChB degree from a recognized institution.

Registration with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.

Minimum of 1 year post-internship clinical experience.

Competency in acute and chronic disease management.
