Role Overview
The Marketing, Communications & Campaigning Officer will be responsible for shaping and delivering Swiftcare Foundation’s public voice. This role will lead strategic communications, awareness campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to increase visibility, mobilize support, and strengthen engagement with donors, partners, volunteers, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Swiftcare Foundation’s mission and goals
Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels
Create promotional materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations
Communications
Manage internal and external communications, including press releases and media relations
Write and edit compelling content for websites, reports, blogs, and social media
Coordinate storytelling efforts to highlight program impact and beneficiary voices
Campaigning & Advocacy
Design and execute awareness, fundraising, and advocacy campaigns
Support community outreach initiatives and public engagement activities
Monitor campaign performance and produce impact reports
Digital & Social Media
Manage social media platforms and grow online engagement
Plan and schedule content calendars
Track analytics and adjust strategies for improved reach and engagement
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Support donor communication and fundraising initiatives
Collaborate with program teams to document and promote project activities
Represent Swiftcare Foundation at events, workshops, and public forums
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or campaigning (non-profit experience is an advantage)
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Knowledge of advocacy and community-based campaigning is desirable
