Job Description:
The Manager Industrial Training Centre reports to the Director General and oversees operations, skills development, and promotion of industrial training. Responsibilities include:

Implementing industrial training programs for formal and informal sectors.

Managing fees, enterprise functions, and promoting NITA services.

Integrating labor market information into skills development.

Initiating curriculum development and supporting industrial skills upgrading.

Managing trainee admissions, supplies, welfare services, and training infrastructure.

Establishing partnerships and MOUs to support industrial training initiatives.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in relevant occupational field (Mechanical, ICT, Automotive, Construction, Human Resource, Business Administration, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum 12 years’ relevant work experience, with 4 years in management.

Management course of at least 4 weeks and relevant professional qualifications.

Proficiency in computer applications.
