Key Responsibilities

Teach science methodology courses in education (biology, chemistry, mathematics)

Supervise teaching practice and research projects for education students

Mentor student teachers and prepare them for real-world classroom challenges

Requirements

PhD in Science Education (specialization in Biology, Chemistry, or Mathematics Education)

Master’s in Science Education or equivalent (mandatory if PhD in progress)

At least 3 years of teaching experience in teacher training institutions

Publications in pedagogy or STEM education journals

Strong mentorship and classroom management skills

Knowledge of competency-based curricula and innovative teaching strategies
