Role Overview
The Junior Live Ops Artist will join the F1 Clash team to deliver in-game Live Ops content such as events, offers, and promotional campaigns. This role is suited for recent graduates or early-career designers passionate about graphic design in games.
You will ideate event concepts, create high-quality visuals, and manage the live ops design pipeline under the direction of the lead artist. Collaboration with Art, Product, Marketing, and Licensing teams is key.
Responsibilities
Create visually engaging assets for live ops: logos, icons, splash screens, event panels, and offers
Translate live ops initiatives into high-quality in-game visuals
Collaborate across Art, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure visual and brand consistency
Maintain the art asset pipeline and prepare assets for outsourcing
Document design decisions and maintain asset specifications (naming conventions, hierarchies, resolutions, formats)
Ensure adherence to licensing and branding guidelines
Requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual art and design skills
Experience taking concepts from brief to final concept
Excellent visual design: layout, proportion, typography, color, composition, negative space
Logo and iconography design skills
Interest in mobile games and creating high-quality visuals for in-game content
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-generated imagery
Interest or ability to learn Unity for asset import
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Unity, 2D illustration, VFX, 2D animation, motion graphics
3D art software: Maya, Blender, Substance
Working with third-party IP and licensing
Creating ASO, UA, and social assets
Rebranding and evolving existing IPs
