Role Overview

Anthropic is hiring a Head of Sales & Partnerships Recruiting to lead global talent strategy for revenue-generating teams. This executive role is responsible for building and scaling world-class recruiting functions that support Sales, Partnerships, and Go-To-Market organizations during a period of rapid growth.

You will work directly with senior leadership to ensure Anthropic attracts and retains top commercial talent aligned with its mission of developing safe and beneficial AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own recruiting strategy for Sales, Partnerships, and GTM organizations

Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and scale teams globally

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting organization

Design inclusive hiring processes that support diversity and growth

Develop metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks

Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

12+ years of recruiting or talent leadership experience

Proven experience scaling sales and partnerships teams in high-growth environments

Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence

Deep understanding of GTM talent markets

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI, deep tech, or enterprise SaaS companies

Global recruiting leadership experience
