Job Summary
The Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping PIB’s financial strategy and ensuring the organization’s long-term stability and growth. This position involves overseeing financial operations, compliance, and reporting, while also guiding investment decisions and managing risk.
As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to optimize performance, implement growth strategies, and ensure the company meets regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact role for an experienced finance professional with expertise in the capital markets and a proven ability to lead teams and influence strategic outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), active ICPAK membership in good standing

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification required

ICIFA membership is an added advantage

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the capital markets industry

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulations applicable to investment banks

Deep understanding of IFRS and related financial reporting standards

Proven leadership and team management skills

Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data for decision-making
