Job Summary
Jiji Kenya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Field Sales and Operations to lead its offline sales expansion nationwide. This role is critical in shaping the company’s offline sales strategy, managing a large and growing team of field sales agents, and driving revenue growth across Kenya’s major markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, proven success in managing commission-based sales teams, and a passion for coaching, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent achievement of ambitious sales targets and seamless team growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proven track record managing large commission field sales teams (50+ agents) with demonstrated success in scaling teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and client acquisition
Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Excellent communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
