We are looking for a
highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive
to strengthen our sales team across key regions in Kenya. If you have solid FMCG experience and a passion for field sales, we’d love to hear from you This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team focused on delivering premium products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Achieve and exceed daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution
• Conduct regular market visits and execute promotions
• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with management
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports

Requirements:

• At least
  4 years of proven FMCG field sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned regions
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels in Kenya
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Business/Sales and Marketing/Commerce or other related fields
