Overview
The NFL is hiring a Director of Workplace Technology and Experience to lead enterprise workplace technology strategy and enhance employee digital experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute workplace technology strategy
Lead enterprise collaboration, endpoint, and workplace tools
Oversee IT service delivery and employee experience initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets
Drive modernization and digital transformation efforts
Lead and mentor technology teams
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT leadership or workplace technology
Strong background in enterprise IT systems and services
Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD 175,000 ā 210,000
