Key Responsibilities:
• Create and publish engaging social media content to drive traffic and generate sales
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
• Update and manage product listings on the website (SEO optimization, pricing, variants, collections, and tags)
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Generate reports on sales performance and marketing results
• Ensure all customer and business data is accurately captured and updated

Requirements:
• Diploma in IT, Procurement & Supply, Sales & Marketing, or Hospitality
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
