Job Summary
The Deputy Registrar, Administration and Planning will assist the Registrar in managing administrative functions, human resources, and institutional planning. This role requires hands-on involvement in policy implementation, staff development, and effective coordination of administrative services.
The Deputy Registrar will ensure operational efficiency and compliance with university statutes, supporting the smooth running of the institution.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Administration, HR, Business, or related field
At least 10 years’ administrative experience in a university or comparable institution, with 3 years at a senior level
Knowledge of government policies relating to higher education and public administration
Strong leadership, planning, and ICT skills
High integrity and proven record of accountability in management
