Overview

Headway is hiring a Data Scientist II to support analytics and experimentation efforts across product and growth initiatives. This role focuses on turning data into insights that improve user experience and healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product and growth performance metrics

Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives

Build dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams

Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics

Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analyses

Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data science or analytics

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools

Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 127,500 – 150,000
