Overview

Current is seeking a Data Analyst, Growth to support data-driven decision-making across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping growth strategy by translating complex datasets into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

Build dashboards and reports to track performance trends

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to define KPIs

Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing evaluations

Identify opportunities to optimize customer growth and lifecycle performance

Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

Strong proficiency in SQL

Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar)

Familiarity with experimentation and growth analytics frameworks

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 130,000 – 175,000
