KNH requires 50 Critical Care Nurses to support ICU and HDU operations. These specialists will deliver advanced life-saving nursing care, particularly for patients requiring ventilator support and continuous monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/HDU.

Operate and troubleshoot advanced monitoring and life-support equipment.

Collaborate with intensivists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.

Maintain strict infection prevention and control measures.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Nursing with Critical Care specialization.

Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

At least 2 years’ experience in ICU/HDU settings.

Familiarity with emergency procedures and critical care protocols.
