Job Summary
As
Country Representative
, your key tasks would be as below:

• Develop & Implement sales & marketing strategies tailored to market dynamics.
• Identify market opportunities, target segment & key account for sales growth in the country.
• Lead and manage a team of Medical Reps and Managers to accelerate their performance.
• Develop & Achieve sales budget for the country & ensure optimized resource allocation.
• Track and analyze monthly expenses, sales performance, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure optimal business outcomes.
• Build, maintain and enhance relationship with key HCPs, Hospitals, Clinics and Distributors.
• Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, regulatory & medical affairs function.
• Coordinate with supply chain & logistics department to ensure product availability at importers.
• Analyze, prepare & present monthly & quarterly sales reports to senior management.
• Facilitate training sessions on products with USPs and effective sales techniques to enhance team performance.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy & Post Graduate in Marketing.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in pharma sales & marketing with proven track record in top Pharma companies in India.

Skills & Knowledge
The potential talent should possess strategic thinking, strong business acumen (budgeting, sales planning, etc.) and good communication skills. Further, the candidate should have sound product knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
