Role Overview
As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure customers achieve measurable value from Sigma’s platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales relationships for commercial customers
Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term platform usage
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams
Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risk
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
SaaS or data platform experience preferred
Strong analytical and relationship management skills
