Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the strategic, operational, and cultural leader of Swifrcare Foundation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, providing visionary leadership, ensuring financial sustainability, and strengthening programs, partnerships, and organizational capacity. The CEO acts as the primary spokesperson and ambassador of the Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Provide visionary leadership aligned with Swifrcare Foundation’s mission, values, and strategic goals
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
Ensure organizational compliance with nonprofit regulations, policies, and best governance practices
Provide regular, transparent reporting to the Board on performance, risks, and opportunities
Program & Impact Oversight
Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure measurable social impact
Ensure programs align with community needs and donor expectations
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across all initiatives
Financial Management & Sustainability
Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the Foundation
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal controls
Lead fundraising strategy, including donor engagement, grants, partnerships, and resource development
Maintain strong relationships with donors, funders, and sponsors
Operations & Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
Oversee human resources, policies, and organizational systems
Ensure effective operational processes and risk management
External Relations & Advocacy
Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of Swifrcare Foundation
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners
Enhance the organization’s visibility, credibility, and brand
Advocate for the Foundation’s mission and the communities it serves
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, social sciences, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7–10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact organization
Proven experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and financial management
Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage organizational change
