Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Consultant. The BIM Consultant will be responsible for implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, developing and managing BIM content, and providing technical support for projects in architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workflow assessments, provide tailored digital solutions, and facilitate training sessions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes
• Strong practical knowledge in Architecture and Civil Engineering disciplines
• Experience in Structural Engineering and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Problem-solving abilities and familiarity with digital transformation practices in the AEC industry
• Relevant certifications in BIM or related tools are advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in consultancy and the use of engineering technologies is a plus
