Role Overview

Sony Music France is seeking an Assistant.e Marketing to support the Marketing and Promotion team at RCA Group. You will assist project managers, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and manage marketing projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers in daily tasks and project execution

Manage distribution projects and act as liaison with commercial and digital teams

Track and update summary documents for Label management (priority tables, weekly summaries, etc.)

Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint, reports, etc.)

Manage SCPP dossiers: creation, follow-up, and closure

Coordinate with internal and external partners and service providers on project management

Handle administrative tasks (purchase orders, reservations, etc.)

Oversee graphic production and manufacturing chain (ads, PLV, promotional materials)

Prepare contracts and provide payroll-related information for temporary staff

Interface with artists and management teams as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks

Attention to detail and administrative capabilities

Fluency in French (required)
