The House of Procurement (HOP), in collaboration with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), offers apprenticeship opportunities to nurture the next generation of supply chain professionals. Through structured mentorship, hands-on training, and workplace readiness, the programme equips participants with critical skills needed in today’s supply chain environment.
Job Summary
The Apprentice Programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application in supply chain management. Apprentices will undergo training in procurement, sourcing, logistics, and contract management while receiving guidance from experienced professionals at HOP and KISM.
This initiative is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain real-world experience, build professional networks, and enhance their employability. Successful participants will acquire practical insights into the dynamic supply chain sector while developing soft skills such as communication, ethics, and teamwork.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional qualification in supply chain or procurement (an added advantage).
