We are looking for an
AI Specialist
who can
assess, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows
—from automation and process enhancement to training and support across the organization.

Role Overview

The AI Specialist will lead initiatives to
integrate AI tools
into various parts of our business. You will identify areas where AI can increase efficiency, test tools, train team members, and help develop internal best practices.

This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines
technical understanding, research, implementation

cross-functional collaboration
.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate
  AI tools and platforms
  (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, , Notion AI, Midjourney, , etc.) to improve business processes
• Develop and document
  AI-enhanced workflows
  for all departments
• Build
  custom automations
  or prompt-based solutions to reduce manual tasks
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to
  implement AI across teams
• Train staff on
  prompt engineering
  , AI best practices, and tool usage
• Research new AI trends and recommend tools that align with business goals
• Analyze impact and performance of AI tools; continuously improve efficiency and scalability
• Support internal projects like chatbot implementation, knowledge base structuring, and candidate/client data enrichment

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an AI, automation, or tech innovation role
• Familiarity with tools like
  ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, , Claude, or other GenAI platforms
• Solid understanding of
  AI prompt design, workflows, and integration logic
• Experience in using or implementing
  AI in recruiting, admin processes, or marketing
  is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills for internal training and documentation
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to experiment and iterate

This is a 100% Remote Work
