Your Role

Responsibilities

As our Early Years Teacher, you’ll take the lead on delivering inspiring teaching and learning experiences across the nursery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
Supporting children’s development across all learning areas
Coaching and mentoring practitioners to promote best practice
Contributing to assessments, observations and planning
Building warm, supportive relationships with families

You’ll be fully supported by a collaborative team and have clear opportunities to progress through the Partou Academy.

About You

We’re looking for a teacher who brings energy, creativity and expertise to the team. You’ll need:

EYTS or QTS specialising in Early Years
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience leading practice within a nursery or early years environment
A passion for inspiring children and motivating colleagues
A commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
