Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager based in Nairobi. The Quality Control Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement quality management systems. Duties include conducting inspections, monitoring workflows, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role will involve managing a team, creating reports, and collaborating with other departments to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management Systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills for process monitoring and troubleshooting
Proficiency in team management, leadership, and communication
Knowledge of automotive engineering, motor vehicle valuation, and accident assessment is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
