The Sourcing Manager oversees the full Talent Acquisition operation, ensuring optimal resource utilization, strong cost control, and alignment between hiring demand and pipeline capacity. This role functions as the operational strategist, translating business goals into actionable hiring plans, productivity frameworks, and sourcing strategies

Location: On-site – Nairobi Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Office 32 – Westland

Requirements:

• C1 level English

• 5+ years of experience leading recruitment teams

Responsabilities:

• Lead and manage overall hiring performance across all TA units (Sourcing, Talent Screen, Pipe Builders, Head Hunters, Call Center).
• Monitor and optimize Cost per Hire (CPH), ensuring financial efficiency and maximizing ROI at every stage of the hiring funnel.
• Ensure optimal utilization of marketing and sourcing inputs, minimizing lead waste and improving conversion rates.
• Align hiring projections with real demand, collaborating closely with the Director, Sales, and Workforce Planning teams.
• Oversee daily operations, headcount distribution, and staffing allocation to ensure SLA compliance, quality, and volume delivery.
