Key Responsibilities

· Sell diesel generator sets (Standby, Prime & Continuous ratings) across Kenya

· Develop new business opportunities in sectors such as hotels, hospitals, construction, manufacturing, telecom, and real estate

· Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships

· Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals and tenders

· Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

· Develop and manage dealer / channel partner networks

· Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field

· 5+ years’ experience in generator sales or power solutions in Kenya

· Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, ATS, and synchronization systems

· Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling

· Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Kenya

Skills

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Results-driven with strong market knowledge
