Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Molo, involves contributing to StadiRum’s strategic direction and decision-making as a Member of the Board of Advisors. The role includes providing guidance on organizational strategies, supporting fundraising efforts, and leveraging expertise in marketing, finance, and analytics to drive growth and impact. Collaboration with board members and stakeholders is essential, and while some responsibilities will require physical presence in Molo, remote work is also supported for certain tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Fundraising to contribute to budgeting, investment strategies, and revenue generation initiatives.
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate key metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in Marketing to support outreach efforts, enhance brand visibility, and improve community engagement.
- Proven leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction and innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with the education or technology sectors is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
