KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with Koinonia SACCO’s marketing and growth objectives.
Manage official SACCO social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, YouTube).
Schedule and publish consistent, engaging, and relevant content.
2. Content Creation
Create high-quality content including posters, short videos, reels, captions, testimonials, announcements, and promotional campaigns.
Translate SACCO products (loans, savings, shares, insurance, investments) into simple, engaging social media messages.
Ensure all content reflects Christian values, professionalism, and brand guidelines.
3. Community Engagement & Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries from members and the public.
Escalate member complaints or technical inquiries to relevant departments and follow up on resolution.
Build and maintain an active online SACCO community.
4. Campaigns & Promotions
Support product launches, promotions, AGMs, trainings, church events, and SACCO campaigns through social media.
Run and monitor paid social media ads in collaboration with management.
Promote member success stories and testimonials.
5. Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting
Track social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare monthly social media reports showing growth, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
Recommend improvements based on data insights and trends.
6. Branding & Compliance
Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, data protection laws, and communication guidelines.
Protect the SACCO’s reputation by managing sensitive or negative feedback appropriately.
