Job Title: Night Security Supervisor

Our client is seeking to recruit a Night Security Supervisor to oversee and support night-time operations at their manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Thika.

This role is critical in ensuring strict control, vigilance, and incident response during night shifts within a high-risk industrial environment.

Role Overview

The Night Security Supervisor will oversee all night-time security activities, supervise guards on shift, enforce access control procedures, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure immediate response to any security or safety incidents.

Requirements

Key Experience & Profile Required

• Minimum 5 years’ security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Prior experience in:

o Factories, FMCG plants, or large warehouses

o Night shift security operations

• Strong knowledge of:

o Guard deployment and supervision

o Access control and vehicle movement

o Incident reporting and escalation

• Ability to manage and discipline security personnel

• Physically fit and able to conduct night patrols

• High integrity with a clean background record

Qualifications

• Minimum KCSE (Diploma in Security Management is an added advantage)

• Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes
