Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and email. The role involves analyzing web analytics, managing online content, driving brand engagement, and ensuring consistency in digital communication strategies. Collaboration with internal and external teams to enhance brand visibility is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Strong creativity and original thinking for fresh concepts and compelling storytelling.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Meta AI, automated ad optimization).
- Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).
- Social media management & content creation experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
- Graphic design and video editing
- Ability to adapt quickly and embrace new technologies.
- Open to continuous learning and experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present new ideas and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email, and paid campaigns.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, interactive posts, and promotional material
- Manage and grow AVCS social media platforms.
- Run targeted ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance and generate marketing reports.
- Optimize SEO/SEM for improved ranking.
- Support sales promotions and new product launches.
- Handle online customer engagement and brand reputation.
- Take initiative in proposing new marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative solutions.
