We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer – Water, Wastewater & Rainwater Treatment Solutions

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with regional travel)

Are you passionate about sustainable water solutions and have a strong technical background? Join our team and help drive innovation in water, wastewater, and rainwater treatment across East Africa.

What You’ll Do:

Achieve sales targets by generating leads and closing deals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Deliver technical presentations and recommend tailored solutions

Support project planning, installation, and commissioning

Provide after-sales support and training for clients and technicians

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance and quality

What We’re Looking For:

Education: BSc in Environmental & Biosystems Engineering or related field

Experience: 3–5 years in water/wastewater treatment projects, including technical sales and site supervision

Skills:

• Water resource engineering & treatment processes

• System design, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD proficiency

• Troubleshooting and maintenance expertise

• Knowledge of LEED-certified water reuse systems

Key Competencies:

Self-driven, results-oriented

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and reporting abilities
