Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, and support the team in achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing regular sales reports. The candidate will also collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Analysis
- Proficiency in Data Reporting, Project Coordination, and Goal Setting
- Knowledge in housing products, property management, or real estate is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales and customer service roles is highly desirable
