Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of desktop environments, telephony, network services, and peripheral systems. You’ll be part of a global IT team dedicated to maintaining high service standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the growing technological needs of the company.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and common applications, including both on-site and remote assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and telephony.
• Manage IT support tickets and maintain clear, accurate documentation of procedures and configurations.
• Handle IT asset management, including the tracking, inventory, and lifecycle of hardware.
• Set up and maintain user workstations and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and network cabling.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including account setup and desk configuration.
• Collaborate with the IT team to provide user support and system monitoring and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Native or near-native fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft OS and Linux distributions.
• Experience with VPNs, remote desktop tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
